Loyalty Points

We have now launched a new loyalty point scheme as a way of saying thank you to our customers for their continued support. As of 11 November 2009 for every £1 you spend with us you will receive 5points. For every 100points you accumilate you will receive a £5 discount. You need to have accumilated 100points before you can redeem them, though once you have reached that total, it is completely upto you when you redeem your points. You can redeem the points straight away or you can let the points build up until you have enough to use against a higher value purchase.

However points will only be valid for a total of 12months, so be sure you dont allow them to expire!

Points will be credited to your account once previous orders are completed and shipped. However, points will be reduced upon any refunds!

So to recap. If you place an order worth £105, the next time you shop with us you will be entitled to a discount of £5.25. The option to redeem your points will be visible at the bottom of the shopping basket.

Points are only awarded against the cost of products and not shipping charges.
